Lentos Linz

The Lentos, one of Austria’s most important art museums, unconventional, provocative and fascinating, is located directly on the river Danube. On 8000 square metres artistic creations, ranging from paintings, sculptures, drawings, photographs and other objects from the Romatic era up to the present today can be experienced. Discoveries from the graphic arts repository are possible at any time thanks to the permanent exhibition ‘Zu schade für die Lade' (Too good for the storeroom). You can browse the art collection online from the comfort of your own home. The illumination of the museum at night is legendary.
